Our domestically grown black garlic bulbs are sustainably sourced. This black garlic is aged using a month-long, proprietary process that includes controlled heat and humidity. The resulting product is natural with no additives or preservatives. While it is not meant to replace raw garlic, fermented black garlic cloves can be used in similar dishes to create new flavor.
