The Allium 'Firmament' is a beautiful species with star-shaped flowers on ball-shaped blooms that can reach up to 12cm in diameter. The plant gets to a mighty 80cm when fully grown and does best when planted from September to November. The allium will then bloom in early summer around June.

The Allium 'Firmament' is best planted around 10cm deep into well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Taller alliums like this can also benefit from shelter on one side to help protect them from the wind.
